Job summary

FINE Entertainment is seeking reliable on-call Team Members to support our Extra Board across 16 locations in Las Vegas. You will deliver food and beverages, maintain clean stations, and assist other team members to ensure a warm guest experience.

Availability and timely responses to shift offers are essential, with no guaranteed hours and flexibility across venues. Ideal candidates have prior Food Runner or Busser experience, strong customer service and English communication, and a valid Health

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Food Runner or Busser preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service while delivering food and beverage orders promptly.
• Assist in maintaining clean stations, stock supplies, and restock as needed during shifts.
• Run food to tables and announce each item as delivered to guests.
• Greet and engage guests, suggest menu items, and upsell where appropriate.
• Support bussing and clearing duties to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Assist in cleaning, stocking, and organizing service areas and dish stations.
• Remain available for shift offers and respond within 15–30 minutes as required.
• Adhere to all venue policies, safety standards, and health regulations.

EXTRA BOARD TEAM MEMBER — ON CALLFINE Entertainment is seeking reliable, flexible Team Members for our Extra Board. This is an on-call position with opportunities to pick up shifts based on business needs at any of our 16 locations.Responsibilities & Requirements:Maintain accurate availability and contact information in Teamwork.Be available and responsive to shift offers.Respond to shift offers for same day or next day shifts within 15–30 minutes, depending on the timing of the assignment.Maintain all required work cards, licenses, certifications, and training.Report on time for accepted shifts and follow all venue policies and expectations.Be willing and able to work at different FINE Entertainment locations as needed.Important: Extra Board does not guarantee a set number of hours. Team Members must remain reachable and be prepared to accept available shifts based on business needs.Job Summary: Responsible for providing friendly, engaging, and superior service to every guest. Deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner while creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. Keep the assigned stations cleaned and stocked at all times. Assist other team members with various duties as assigned.Essential Job Functions:Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.Efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards.Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.Bus Tables as necessary throughout the restaurant.Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests.Properly set up service station at start of shift, and break down station at end of shift.Clean assigned section and side stations, including glassware, tables, chairs, service items, soda stations and all storage areas.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant.Restock products such as garnish trays, and ice bins, plates, glasses, flatware, and napkins as necessary throughout shift, as well as change beer kegs and soda BIBs.Stack and wipe plates and glassware in dish area, maintaining a clean an organized area.Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for use on food and beverage items.Empty trash cans to maintain service and sanitation standards.Perform assigned side work.Actively market ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.Qualifications:Must be 21 years or older.Previous experience as a Food Runner or Busser is preferred.Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.Must be able to initiate and engage guests in conversation in a professional manner.Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Heath District.Must have basic math skills.Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
