Job summary

Fine Entertainment Management is seeking a guest-focused team member to deliver courteous food and beverage service at our Las Vegas location. You will greet guests, serve items promptly, run food to tables, and assist with bussing and station upkeep.

Knowledge of the menu and upselling will be encouraged to enhance guest experiences. Must be 21+, hold a valid Southern Nevada Health District Health Card, and communicate fluently in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous Food Runner or Busser experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to engage guests professionally in conversation.
• Valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and move during shifts.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Location: PKWY Flamingo - Las Vegas, NV 89147, Salary Range: $12.00 Hourly, Job Summary: Responsible for providing friendly, engaging, and superior service to every guest. Deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner while creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. Keep the assigned stations cleaned and stocked at all times. Assist other team members with various duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
• Efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards.
• Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.
• Bus Tables as necessary throughout the restaurant.
• Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests.
• Properly set up service station at start of shift, and break down station at end of shift.
• Clean assigned section and side stations, including glassware, tables, chairs, service items, soda stations and all storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant.
• Restock products such as garnish trays, and ice bins, plates, glasses, flatware, and napkins as necessary throughout shift, as well as change beer kegs and soda BIBs.
• Stack and wipe plates and glassware in dish area, maintaining a clean an organized area.
• Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for use on food and beverage items.
• Empty trash cans to maintain service and sanitation standards.
• Perform assigned side work.
• Actively market ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Food Runner or Busser is preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage guests in conversation in a professional manner.
• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Heath District.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
