Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is hiring bussers to support servers, bartenders and the team by cleaning and setting up dining rooms, bars and patios for a smooth service experience. Responsibilities include clearing tables, stocking, removing debris, and maintaining restrooms and outdoor areas.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in warm environments, and speak, read, and write English. Florida safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm environments.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables, set up dining areas for guests.
• Assist servers, bartenders and the team during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, bars, patios, and restrooms.
