The ONE GROUP in Baltimore is seeking a friendly Busser to maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Your role helps drive the high-energy atmosphere that defines the brand.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, keeping floors and seating neat, assisting with food and beverage service during peak times, and upholding health and sanitation standards. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency required for communication and guest interactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area including floors, chairs and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and convey special needs to servers.
• Handle tableware and transport items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning and side work as needed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
