Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and carry trays.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interaction and coordination with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors and seating.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate with hosts to manage seating and turnover efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and relay needs to the team.
• Handle tableware and transport items to the dishwashing area.
• Support restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as required.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
