Job summary

The ONE GROUP is hiring a Busser to join our fast-paced dining team. You will help maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, assisting with service during peak times, and upholding health and sanitation standards to deliver a top-tier dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties.
• Monitor restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs.
• Handle tableware and dishware, transporting items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
