Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, VA is hiring for a hotel outlet support role. The position assists the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivers attentive guest service.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting service ware, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting soiled wares to the dishwashing area. Regular attendance is required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
