Job summary

STK Steakhouse in Chicago is seeking aBusser to maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You will help the front-of-house team and contribute to the high-energy atmosphere that defines THE ONE GROUP.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean dining area including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Coordinate with hosts and servers for efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate special needs to staff.
• Assist with overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
