Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Basic English communication for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after departures.
• Keep dining area clean, including floors, chairs and booths.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with hosts and servers to optimize seating and turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and note special needs.
• Handle tableware and transport to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with overall restaurant setup and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain safety.
