Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions promptly.
• Collect dishes and return to the dish pit for cleaning.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or rack.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays per procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area clean and organized.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
