Job summary

Levy is seeking a Busser & Dishwasher at Snow Valley. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with weekends and holidays required. Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60+ pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Experience in fast-paced food prep environments.
• Strong cleaning and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner.
• Collects dishes from venues and returns to the dishwashing area for cleaning and sanitation.
• Scrapes, rinses and washes dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintains equipment temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
