MADRES BRUNCH WHITTIER INC is seeking an enthusiastic busser to join our California team. The role focuses on supporting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will help with food runs, refilling drinks, and greeting guests in a fast-paced setting.

The position emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork, with cross-training opportunities to cover busy shifts and improve overall service flow.

• High-speed, multi-tasking skills to handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Table turnover: Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Service support: Assisting waiters by running food from the kitchen, filling water glasses, and bringing extra items to tables.
• Station maintenance: Stocking waiter stations with supplies (napkins, silverware, condiments) and keeping dining areas clean.
• Cleaning: Sweeping/mopping floors, wiping chairs, and emptying trash cans when needed.
• Team player, willing to cross train.
• Guest service: Greeting guests, providing water/bread, and responding to basic requests.
