Republic Chophouse is seeking a motivated server assistant / busser to join our team in Green Bay. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, setting tables, and servicing guests with water, coffee, and condiments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift, carry, or move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables and seats with sanitizer
• Set tables
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry to kitchen for cleaning
• Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service
• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove trash
• Fill ice
• Communicate with server and host to expedite seating and service
• Inspect restrooms throughout shift, clean as needed
• Stock liquor, beer, and wine
• Empty bus tubs as needed
• Wash glassware

• Communicate with server and host to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service

Qualifications:
