Job summary

MADRES BRUNCH WHITTIER INC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an enthusiastic busser to support a high-volume dining team. You will contribute to table turnover, assist servers, and maintain clean, well-stocked stations to ensure smooth service.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to multitask during busy periods. You will learn cross-training with the service staff and provide friendly guest care to diners throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Table turnover: Clear dishes, sanitize surfaces, and reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Service support: Run food from the kitchen, fill water glasses, and bring extra items to tables.
• Station maintenance: Stock waiter stations with supplies and keep dining areas clean.
• Cleaning: Sweep/mop floors, wipe chairs, and empty trash cans as needed.
• Team player: Willing to cross-train with team members.
• Guest service: Greet guests, provide water/bread, and respond to basic requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Table Turnover: Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Service Support: Assisting waiters by running food from the kitchen, filling water glasses, and bringing extra items to tables.
• Station Maintenance: Stocking waiter stations with supplies (napkins, silverware, condiments) and keeping dining areas clean.
• Cleaning: If needed Sweeping/mopping floors, wiping chairs, and emptying trash cans.
• Team player, must be willing to cross train
• Guest Service: Greeting guests, providing water/bread, and responding to basic requests.
