Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Busser/Barback to maintain a clean, inviting restaurant space and engage with guests. You will support service through opening/closing routines, stocking, and proactive guest assistance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt to changing guest flow. Seasonal full-time hours with employee ski perks and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Prior work experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, including housekeeping for restaurant, bar, and restrooms.
• Ensure all food items are stocked and alert manager to items out of stock.
• Complete side work to prepare the restaurant for service.
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Clean and clear tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus stations, remove trash, and manage recycling/composting.
• Move tables and chairs to facilitate housekeeping.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
