General Accountabilities:

• Responsible for approaching newly seated guests, serving bread, butter, water, etc., in a timely and pleasant manner working with servers to expedite service at all tables.
• Reset tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware in accordance with established restaurant tabletop specifications.
• Protects the establishment and guest by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus.
• Remove dirty dishes, soiled linens, glassware, and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area and cleans tables (wipes) and seats.
• Assists servers in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cup, helps serve food orders, attends to guest needs) as required.
• Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Continuously monitor tables to assess guests' needs in a courteous manner.
• Other customer service duties required as requested by restaurant supervisor in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred; Six months to one year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to perform more than one task at a time.
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and standing throughout the duration of the shift; Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to obtain Bossier ABO card and LACT.
