General Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for approaching newly seated guests, serving bread, butter, water, etc., in a timely and pleasant manner working with servers to expedite service at all tables.
2. Reset tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware in accordance with established restaurant tabletop specifications.
3. Protects the establishment and guest by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
4. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus.
5. Remove dirty dishes, soiled linens, glassware, and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area and cleans tables (wipes) and seats.
6. Assists servers in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cup, helps serve food orders, attends to guest needs) as required.
7. Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
8. Continuously monitor tables to assess guests' needs in a courteous manner.
9. Other customer service duties required as requested by restaurant supervisor in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience preferred; Six months to one year of customer service experience.
2. Must be able to perform more than one task at a time.
3. Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and standing throughout the duration of the shift; Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
4. Outstanding communication and people skills.
5. Ability to obtain Bossier ABO card and LACT.
