Job summary

Legends Global in Dallas is seeking a Busser to reset tables quickly as guests depart and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness during events.

You will refill and clear tables, assist with dishwashing, and keep work areas orderly to support a high-energy service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Clear tables after guests leave. Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform all assigned side work.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

THE ROLE

The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave the restaurant while also ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and its perimeters. Additionally, Bussers will refill and clear table, and may also be expected to clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas as needed.

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
