Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel, part of Omni Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Busser for Hops & Hens concept to support food running and table maintenance. You will ensure timely delivery, protect food quality, and collaborate with servers during service.

At least 1 year as a Food Runner or DRA, wine selling experience, and a flexible schedule including weekends are required. Expect a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities and staff meal benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food Runner or Dining Room Assistant (DRA).
• Proven experience in selling and presenting wine to guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of service times and menu offerings.
• Deliver food accurately to the correct table and seat based on ticket, floor plan, and seat number details.
• Setup and break down the breakfast buffet within the designated timeframes.
• Maintain and replenish buffet items throughout service, ensuring they remain full, clean, and presentable.
