Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly Busser to support our dining outlets and ensure prompt, courteous service for guests.

You will assist servers, pre-set tables, stock supplies, keep coffee and buffets ready, and help with general cleaning to maintain a polished dining room.

This position offers a team environment in a luxury hotel and requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Station set up
• Stock needed supplies inside the stands.
• Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee.
• Set up tea station.
• Get ice supply.
• Dust all tables to include table legs.
• Receive bread and put in warmers.
• Put milk in refrigerators and set up creamers.
• Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins.
• Pick up linen.
• Check off and pick-up storeroom supplies.
• Set up tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware.
• Set up ashtrays with logo matches on each table.
• Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
• Assist servers during meal period.
• Remove any extra settings.
• Pour water.
• Serve rolls and butter as specified.
• Set up buffets and salad bars
• Polishing of chaffers
