Job summary

Capano Management Company is hiring a Dishwasher/Busser/Porter to support our restaurant operations. You will clean, stock and maintain dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces while assisting servers and cooks as needed. This is a fast-paced environment requiring reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean Bathrooms, stock paper and soap in restrooms.
• Sweep restaurant, entrance halls and place floormats.
• Replace trash liners and clean trash cans at start/end of shifts.
• Mop floors and prepare clean mop/bucket for spills.
• Clean all dirty tables, seats and walls.
• Stock dish and silverware areas; maintain cleanliness of stations.
• Assist servers and cooks with stocking and prep tasks.
• Clean parking lot and outdoor areas; end-of-shift tidying.

Job description

Clean Bathrooms, Stock paper and soap products in both the men’s and ladies rest rooms.

Sweep entire restaurant including entrance halls and place floormats in the proper areas

Replace trash can liners and clean out trash cans at the beginning , as needed and at the end of your shift

Mop entire Restaurant with clean mop head and cleaning water

Prepare a clean mop and bucket for spills throughout the day.

Clean all dirty table, seats and walls

Stock Dish and Silver wear areas

Stock Stations with the appropriate cleaning supplies

Periodically sweep the restaurant throughout the shift

Maintain dish area and dish machine cleanliness

Assist servers and cooks with tasks throughout the shift such as stocking and prep work

Clean parking lot and all outdoor areas around the building.

End of the night all floors mopped , all trash remaining consolidated to one can, all trash cans hosed out and cleaned all dishes cleaned and put away
