Join our team and help clear tables, reset dining spaces, and assist bartenders in maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are physically able to lift and carry, stand for long periods, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritise, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guests are finished
• Sanitize tables and chairs
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning
• Help restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies
• Maintain the dining room
• Assist bartenders in cleaning glassware, removing bus tubs and stocking bar

Bar Back / Busser Job Responsibilities:

The Bar Back/Busser's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by clearing tables of dirty dishes, glasswear and silverware. Sanitizing the tables and surrounding areas. Replacing table linens and setting tables for the next guest.

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guests are finished
• Sanitize tables and chairs
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning
• Help to restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies
• Maintain the dinning room
• Assist Bartenders in cleaning glasswear, removing bus tubs and stocking bar

Qualifications:

• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
