Job summary

First Watch in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Busser to support a fast-paced dining room and prepare tables for guests with efficiency and care.

You will work closely with Hosts and Servers to maintain seating flow, deliver a welcoming experience, and uphold clean, ready-to-use tables while enjoying a strong employee-first culture and no night shifts.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
