Job summary

First Watch in the United States is seeking bussers who thrive in a breakfast, brunch, or lunch setting. We offer no night shifts, empowering our people with independence to help create an exceptional dining experience. Bussers support Hosts and Servers and contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

As a busser you will clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes, communicate with teammates, and assist with light housekeeping and dining room cleanliness. Benefits are listed in the perks.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal \"table readiness.\"
