First Watch in Nashville is seeking friendly Bussers to join our breakfast, brunch and lunch service. We pride ourselves on a YOU FIRST culture with no night shifts, empowering teammates to keep tables turning fast and guests happy.

As a Busser, you will clean and reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts, support Servers, and help with light housekeeping and bussing duties. If you value teamwork and fast-paced service, apply today.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal \"table readiness.\"
