Job summary

First Watch in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a friendly Busser who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch setting. You’ll keep tables ready for guests, work closely with hosts and servers, and help ensure a welcoming dining area with a clean, inviting atmosphere.

This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and reliability, with no night shifts. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, maintains high cleanliness standards, and contributes to a positive guest experience at our restaurant.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication with front-of-house teammates.
• Ability to maintain clean tables and dining area.
• Attention to sanitization and speed in resetting tables.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal \"table readiness.\"
