Job summary

First Watch in Nolensville, TN is seeking friendly Bussers to support our breakfast, brunch and lunch service. You will clean, reset and reset tables within 3 minutes, assist with light housekeeping and help hosts seat guests.

Ideal candidates communicate well with teammates, value teamwork, and take pride in a spotless, welcoming dining area for every guest. FT positions with benefits available after eligibility.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal \"table readiness.\"
