First Watch is seeking friendly Bussers to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. The role emphasizes keeping tables ready within 3 minutes, clear communication with Hosts and Servers, and maintaining cleanliness across dining areas.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal \"table readiness.\"
