Job summary

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is hiring a part-time busser for David’s Grill. You’ll help keep the dining area clean, set tables, serve water, and support the servers in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow. All employees receive free golf and employee discounts.

Pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips; weekend and holiday availability is expected. Training is available for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers by keeping dining areas clean and ready for daily operation.
• Sets tables and arranges place settings per standards.
• Re-fills water glasses and clears used dishware.
• Clears and resets tables as guests depart, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Assists servers and maintains clean workstations and dining room.

Description

R ed Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring Part-Time Bussers for David’s Grill! This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain restaurant experience, build strong work habits, and be part of a fast-paced team environment. We’re looking for dependable team members who are ready to work hard, learn, and grow. All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.
Compensation: $12.00/hour (+tips)

Key Responsibilities of Busser:

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
• Sets tables in accordance with David’s Grill standards.
• Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used
• Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave.
• Assists the server when needed.
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Busser:

• Regular and reliable attendance; weekends and holidays required
