Job summary

Troon invites applications for a part-time Busser at Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Fountain Hills, AZ. You will support servers, keep dining areas clean, and help ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has some restaurant experience, is reliable, and comfortable multitasking. Physical stamina and a friendly attitude are important; ServSafe/TIPS certifications are preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or simple training.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Meets basic physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong emphasis on cleanliness and safety; customer-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Keeps work stations well stocked and clean.

Eagle Mountain Golf Club, located in Fountain Hills, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Busser! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Assists servers in providing efficient service by keeping the room neat and clean. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.

• Assures that all material used byserveris clean and ready for daily operation.
• Prepares dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service.
• Fills andrefillswater glasses and removes any place settings not being used.
• Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limitedto:changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins.
• Assiststhe server when needed.
• Practices proper tray service for all food and beverage service
• Keepswork stationswell stocked of items and ingredients.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station.
• Clean workstations,takesout trash, andvacuumsthe dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties asrequired.

Less than high school education; or up toone monthrelated experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Previousexperience in a restaurant.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears. Frequentlyuseshands. Regularly reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches,tastesor smells. Frequentlylifts upto 50pounds.Occasionallyworks in wet or humid conditions (non-weather); maycome into contact withfumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

ServSafeCertified (Food Handler & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

• Ability to read and speak English may berequiredin order toperform the duties of the job (e.g.the associates maybe requiredto communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
