Job summary

First Watch is seeking a Busser who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch setting. You will support serving staff by clearing and resetting tables quickly, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
