Job summary

Napa Flats is seeking a dedicated busser to help keep our dining room running smoothly and ensure guests have a great experience. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, fast, and capable of working efficiently under pressure, delivering friendly service while clearing tables and assisting teammates.

Responsibilities include clearing tables quickly, transporting dishes to the kitchen, and supporting setup, cleanup, and prep tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.
• Customer service focus and goal to resolve issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
