Your ability to work efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills will be key to your success in this role. Meets department productivity standards**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**1. Serves water and bread as guests are seated2. Assists servers with tasks such as carrying food trays to tables3. Removes soiled dishes from table and brings them to the dish washing area4. Changes table linen when soiled5. Set tables with silverware, china and glassware, etc.6. Cleans dining room area7. Stocks server’s station with supplies8. Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period9. Dusts chairs before and after meals10. Keep ice bins and buckets filled11. Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur12. Displays a friendly, helpful and positive attitude13. Complete all assigned side work and cleaning duties throughout the shift, as well as after the shift14. Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage products and stays up to date with any changes15. Maintains a professional appearance. Uniform must be clean and pressed for every shift16.
