Job summary

Turf Valley Resort in Maryland is seeking friendly Part-Time Bussers to join Alexandra's Restaurant's Food & Beverage team. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room and supporting servers and kitchen staff throughout service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest service in a resort setting, with opportunities to grow within the team and the property. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before service by setting and organizing tables.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly throughout service.
• Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, and other dining essentials.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
• Stock supplies including glassware, silverware, linens, and condiments.
• Assist with room service deliveries when needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest service.
