Job summary

First Watch in Richardson, TX, is seeking a friendly Busser to support our dining team during breakfast, brunch or lunch service. You will clear and reset tables quickly, assist in seating guests, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, value teamwork, and can stand for long periods while carrying trays. Prior bussing or dining room experience is a plus, and the role offers part-time hours with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience as a busser or server helper is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Assist Hosts and Servers with seating and table turnover.
• Perform light housekeeping and restroom cleanliness as needed.
• Roll silverware and maintain organized dining station.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle sturdy tray and clean cloth towel a First Watch Busser uses magician like moves to clean and re set tables within 3 minutes They are often our silent communicators contacting a nearby Host to signal table readiness Does this sound like you Our Bussers just to name a few
