As a valuable part of the Food and Beverage team, you will ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens. You will manage supplies, dishes, and linens, ensuring they reach the kitchen for cleaning and are ready for the next guest. Additionally, you'll keep the salad and beverage bars looking perfect all day, working closely with servers to make the dining experience memorable.
Perform cleaning tasks using standard hotel products, address spills, and fulfill guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
Complete all assigned side work as per the work chart.

Schedule: Must be flexible, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with morning and evening shifts. Our resort operates year-round.
Experience: 1-2 years in a fast-paced food environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly and walk extensively.
Mindset: Positive attitude, guest-focused, flexible, proactive, and pride in high standards of food service.
