Responsibilities include:

• Clearing used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to tubs and wiping tables, chairs, and surrounding floor areas.
• Reseting tables promptly to seat new guests, maintaining a clean and organized bus station area.
• Retrieving and distributing cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils to service stations.
• Sweeping floors regularly to ensure cleanliness.
• Replenishing supplies from stockroom, rotating stock, and ensuring proper stocking.
• Assisting waitstaff by refilling beverages and accommodating additional requests.
• Filling ice stations continuously by transporting ice from the main machine.
• Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum requirements:

• None formal education or experience required.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.

Physical demands:

• Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs; occasional handling of small equipment up to 75% of the time.
• Mobility to move throughout the restaurant, including walking up to 300 feet regularly.
• Continuous standing during shifts.
