Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)

Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and linen efficiently. Enhances guest experience with clean, organized dining areas.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Stock wait stations, bar, and host stand.
• Bring ice as needed.
• Clear tables of dishes, linen, silverware, and transport to kitchen.
• Assist host/ess with seating patrons.
• Reset tables after clearing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities)

• Organizational and creative skills; knowledge of sanitation and health regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash registers, and restaurant equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws, health regulations, PPE.
• Excellent communication skills.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year food service experience (preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk continuously.
• Bend, stoop, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push carts and carry waste/linen bags.
