Job summary

Kiawah River Hospitality Group LLC on Johns Island, South Carolina, is seeking a friendly Busser to support our service team and help elevate every guest’s visit. You will assist in setting up and clearing tables, collaborate with servers to meet guest needs, and maintain a clean, sanitary dining area in line with food safety standards.

This role offers pay at $21 per hour (inclusive of tips) and benefits such as free parking, a team cafeteria, holiday pay, and discount programs for food,

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server, Busser, or Food Runner preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
