Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection on Johns Island seeks a Busser to support our dining team and ensure a smooth, guest‑focused service. You will help set up and clear tables, assist with service, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area at our boutique coastal retreat.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server, Busser, or Food Runner preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols

Designed by Amanda Lindroth, the property offers 72 cottage-style guest rooms and suites. Job Description

Become the backbone of our dining experience as a Busser, where your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest's visit. Supporting our service team, you'll ensure smooth operations, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments for patrons, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality.

$21 / hour (inclusive of tips).
