Job summary

Koʻa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach in Kauai is seeking a part-time Busser to support our dining team. You will help keep dining areas spotless and assist servers during service.

You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds, work as part of a team, and communicate in English with guests and colleagues. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement.

Benefits include health, vision, dental, pharmacy, 401K, PTO, and special holiday bonuses, with wage at $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• English language required to communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front of house areas including floors, counters, and stations.
• Assist with setup for service and reset tables between seatings.
• Clear and transport soiled service ware to the kitchen; assist servers and bartenders.
• Help with back-of-house tasks as needed and follow supervisor directions.
• Ensure guest needs are communicated to service team.
