First Watch is seeking friendly Bussers to enhance dining experiences with fast, clean table resets and attentive teamwork. This role supports a bustling breakfast, brunch, or lunch service, keeping tables ready within 3 minutes and coordinating with Hosts and Servers.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
