Responsibilities

• Assures that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges
• Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery
• Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with the corresponding ticket to run food to tables
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
• Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Capital Canyon Golf Club, located in Prescott, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Busser/Food Runner! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assures that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation

Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges

Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery

Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with the corresponding ticket to run food to tables

Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards

Ensures that each menu item is prepared exactly as outlined on each ticket

Communicates with the chef to correct any menu item that does not meet specifications before delivering to guests

Fills and refills water glasses and removes any unused place settings

Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course

Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, and replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins

Assists servers as needed

Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients

Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Performs other duties as required
