Job Purpose:

To share the love of our brands by ensuring tables, chairs, and the FOH environment are clean, safe, and prepared for Guests; to assist in Guest service, and uphold the restaurant’s high standards while actively contributing to the operation each shift.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Bus, clean, sanitize, and set tables throughout the shift, ensuring Guests are seated promptly.
2. Restock utensils, napkins, and assist with other dining room needs.
3. Maintain FOH floors during shift to ensure cleanliness and safety.
4. Perform shift change, opening, or closing duties, including sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, parking lot cleaning, and emptying trash.
5. Provide genuine hospitality with a smile and maintain a positive attitude focused on Guest satisfaction.
6. Assist in refilling drinks, chips, salsa, and running food when necessary.
7. Restock glassware, plateware, ice, and other service items as needed.
8. Deliver a memorable Guest experience with attentive and timely service.
9. Yield right of way to Guests when passing in the restaurant.
10. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety laws and policies.
11. Report unsafe conditions or issues to Management.
12. Be a team player and share the love of all FRG Brands.
13. Ensure safe food handling and restaurant safety for Guests and Team Members.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Food Handler in the respective state.
• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Safely lift bags, cases, and stacks up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 17 years old.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work cooperatively with Team Members and maintain effective working relationships.
