Job summary

First Watch in Wilmington, MA is hiring a Busser. In addition to no night shifts ever, we focus on our YOU FIRST culture and the people who make dining experiences memorable for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Our Bussers help keep the dining area ready by cleaning and re-setting tables within 3 minutes, communicating with Hosts and Servers, and contributing to a smooth, welcoming service environment.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
