First Watch is hiring Bussers to support our breakfast, brunch and lunch services in Beaufort, SC. Our team emphasizes people-first culture with no night shifts and independent decision making to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning and resetting tables within 3 minutes, coordinating with Hosts and Servers for seating, and performing light housekeeping tasks. A supportive team environment and flexible perks come with the role.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
