Job summary

Scratch Restaurants Group in Austin, TX is seeking a responsible busser to support our kitchen and dining team. You will maintain clean dishes, reset tables between seatings, and assist with prep materials and guest waters.

The role offers competitive benefits and flexible hours; rate of pay is $7.25/hour plus tips. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables, counters, and bar tops of all used plateware in between courses
• Cleaning tables between guest seatings, resetting tables between seatings, and running dirty dishes back to the dishwasher and cleaning dishes out of the dish space
• Polishing and putting away all silverware, plateware, glassware, and bareware
• Assisting with guest waters when required
• Assisting with the nightly cleaning duties
