Golden Road Motor Inn DBA Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV, seeks an enthusiastic dining room helper to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, contributing to a positive guest experience.

You will support Toucan Charlies restaurant team, assist servers, manage supplies, and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently according to established standards.
• Assist servers with guest needs, such as refilling water, delivering bread, and removing finished plates.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service areas, and back-of-house, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Stock and replenish server stations with necessary supplies, including silverware, glasses, napkins, and condiments.
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.
