Job summary

MGM Resorts International, Salt & Ivy at ARIA in Las Vegas, seeks a Busperson/Runner to deliver a clean, efficient dining experience. You will maintain a staffed station, clear and reset tables, and support food servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction on a vibrant café and patio setting overlooking the pool deck.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills; sweep, mop, and empty trash as required.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.
