Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel, part of Loews Hotels & Co, invites you to join our team in a dynamic, oceanfront setting in South Beach. You will provide guest-focused support across dining and service areas, contributing to memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in maintaining a spotless dining room, assisting servers, and handling side work as needed. The role requires stamina, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift trays weighing 35+ pounds repeatedly during shift.
• Excellent guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas.
• Inspects and prepares service ware prior to use.
• Clears soiled plates and service ware from tables to dish wash area.
• Cleans and pre-sets tables with all service ware.
• Greets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beverages.
• Removes unneeded place settings and carries trays of food from kitchen to table.
• May assist Server in presentation of meals for large parties during heavy volume.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas.
• Assists in completion of post-meal clean up and side work duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specific
